Common Ground Honors Volunteers During “Fiesta” Appreciation Dinner
Common Ground Bakery and Cafe hosted volunteers and staff for a fiesta-themed appreciation dinner on Aug. 11, recognizing the individuals whose dedication helps the organization serve the community.
The event, organized by the Common Ground Committee, celebrated the generosity and commitment of volunteers who donate their time and talents to support the ministry’s mission. Attendees enjoyed a taco bar, fellowship, small gifts and a message of gratitude from Common Ground Ministries.
Founded in 2017, Common Ground is a nonprofit organization committed to bringing people together to meet the spiritual, relational, and material needs of individuals and families throughout the community.
Committee members coordinated the evening as a way to thank those who make a difference through their service. Organizers emphasized that every volunteer contribution, whether through time, skills or community involvement, helps create a positive impact across Delavan.
Common Ground Bakery and Cafe remains committed to serving the Delavan community. Business hours are 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Orders can be placed in person or online through Common Ground Ordering.
